In the event that you are not fully satisfied with your order, we will gladly accept returns under the following conditions: 

Store credit and/or exchanges will be issued within 14 days of delivery. At this time, we do not offer refunds.

Items must be returned in unused condition, along with a copy of your original receipt. 

Prior to shipping your returned item back to us, you must email the details regarding your return. Please do not ship your items until we respond with confirmation.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable and return shipping fees are the sole responsibility of the customer. We are not responsible for missing packages and therefore suggest sending your items with tracking. 

Unless an exception is clearly indicated, all sale items are considered Final Sale and cannot be returned. 

We have the right to deny credits if the merchandise returned does not meet our return policy requirements.

We respect the importance of your privacy and will never disclose your information to any third party or outside organization. 

Payment Policy

Cover Books accepts the following forms of payment through our website:

- American Express
- Visa
- Mastercard
- Discover

Sales tax is not included with the prices displayed on our website. A 8.9% sales tax will only be applied to orders shipped within the state of Georgia. 



Shipping Policy


At this time, we do not offer International shipping. 

Pending both item availability and credit card verification, all orders are shipped within 24 hours of purchase, Monday through Friday (excluding Holidays). Orders placed after 5pm on Friday will go out the following Monday. 

All domestic orders will ship via UPS Ground Service. If you need your item sooner, please email us at prior to placing your order and will will arrange for expedited shipping. Customers are responsible for any fees associated with packing and/or shipping services outside of our standard policy. 

Orders shipped to Alaska, Hawaii and Puerto Rico will be sent via USPS, are subject to an additional $15 for shipping and may face longer transit times. 

Orders shipped to P.O. boxes will be sent via USPS and may face longer transit times.

Once we have shipped your order, you will receive an email with tracking information.
